Interesting story . Sound effects were trippy. Couldn’t tell what was a recording and what was real. Story wasn’t what I expected . Good cast and crew would read more from Bob.

Firstly, the sound effect scared me because I didn’t know it was an audio preference . Story was good. Narrator was good. Was fast paced and didn’t have any slow parts. Would read more from author .

Good story, more in depth universe . Thinking I will buy the third book . I wonder how far the series will go. Only complain is the narrator doing a shouting line but just being monotoned. And in one of the last chapters, I swear I heard a door open

Book- didn’t catch my interest until about 10 chapters. I would watch the show if they made one. Some stuff is a little clique but worth a try.
Thst narrator could use some help. Starting about chapter 27, I could hear some back ground noises in the recording. The accents were good but the tone and pitch at which was being read felt off. I did it at 1.2 but couldn’t go any faster or slower. I’ve already downloaded the sequel.

DOOM meets Star Wars prequel with a bit of the Bible involved

Narrator did a good job. Voices were kind of stereotypical. The story was a lot of universe building but not all information was given. I felt that as like they were trying to build a mystery but at the end of the book, it just irritated me. Also another thing- the author used every curse word except the F word. However, it was replaced with ‘frack’ and all forms used. And that’s also why I give it a negative review. Doubt I will finish this series.

Don’t let your kids read this. Bought this off the sales rack and wasn’t disappointed in the least. Took a few chapters to set up but I read this in one day. Truly gory and very detailed oriented. I will read more of this author.

Pretty boring actually

Not sure how they made this into a musical. This is like ‘Great expectations’ but with speeches about theology. I made it half way through before I gave up. Not sure what I was expecting, other than an actual story and not random sermons about religion or racism .
