The audiobook Apparitions, Aerobics, and Arson is Book 3 in Bewitcher's Beach Paranormal Cozy Mysteries. Beautifully written by Emily Fluke and masterfully narrated by Madeline Mrozek, this cozy mystery has it all…well-developed characters, unpredictable plot twists, a dash of romance, and no loose ends (well, sort of…the end actually sets you up for the next in series, which, of course, I’m super excited!!). Fluke did a fantastic job with the storyline, which kept me guessing throughout and definitely has me curious for what comes next. Although it can stand alone, I’m confident you will love the series so much you’ll wish you started at the beginning. The 90s nostalgia and small-town charm will definitely keep you coming back to Bewitcher's Beach for more!

I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job narrating this series than Madeline Mrozek. Her performance not only deepened my connection to each of the characters, but also brought life to the setting and scenes in a way that I don’t always get with regular reading. For example, Noema is a great character, but for me, Mrozek’s narration transforms this “werewolf single mom turned amateur sleuth” into a strong, loyal heroine with realistic emotions and relatable issues that often turn out hilarious. In addition, the distinct voices she gives each character help shape their personalities, making for a smooth and uninterrupted listen. Hands down, my overall reading experience was made better because of Mrozek’s performance. Bravo!

That being said, the audiobook Apparitions, Aerobics, and Arson: Book 3 in Bewitcher's Beach Paranormal Cozy Mysteries written by Emily Fluke and narrated by Madeline Mrozek is very deserving of 5/5 stars across the board. I recommend this book and series to those who enjoy clean, fun, and engaging mysteries with outstanding character development, 90s nostalgia, and lots of laughs!

The audiobook Nocino Noir: A Private Investigator Comedy Mystery by Traci Andrighetti, narrated by Madeline Mrozek, is Book 9 in the Franki Amato Mysteries series, and it is absolutely amazing! Everything from the hilarious characters we all know and love to a storyline that just doesn’t quit, readers and listeners alike are sure to stay engaged from start to finish. Andrighetti really outdid herself with this one!

Now, let’s talk about the narration…you know how when you listen to an audiobook and you’re so into it that you don’t even notice someone is actually narrating because the story just comes to life before your very eyes? Well, that’s how I felt listening to Madeline Mrozek in Nocino Noir, but, as more characters were introduced, I found myself wondering if I had it all wrong. Was this audiobook actually narrated by a full cast of narrators? How could all of these quirky characters - that sound so dramatically different - be played by just one woman? Well, they are ALL played by Mrozek, and there are even bloopers at the end to prove it (which I also loved!). Needless to say, I found myself paying extra close attention to the actual narration more than usual because, on the whole, it is an experience within itself!

As an educator, myself, I’m going to take it one step further and say that this performance by Madeline Mrozek is so impressive it should be used in theater and acting courses; or, maybe, Mrozek should be teaching them herself…not that I want her to stop being a narrator, of course, but her talent goes beyond the norm, and these are the types of skills that students would greatly benefit from. In addition to being funny, engaging, and unbelievably consistent in her delivery, Mrozek’s flow is seamless, and her style is spot-on. She is a true inspiration to aspiring actors and narrators everywhere. Bravo!!

I give Nocino Noir by Traci Andrighetti, narrated by Madeline Mrozek, a full 5/5 stars across the board. The characters will pull you in from page one, and the storyline will keep you guessing through to the end. Whether you’re looking for a clean mystery with hilarious characters or a book with top-notch narration, I wholeheartedly recommend this audiobook (and series) to you!

Summoning, Skating, and Skulls by Emily Fluke, narrated by Madeline Mrozek, is Book 2 in the Bewitcher's Beach Paranormal Cozy Mysteries series. After listening to Book 1, I was looking forward to finding out what happened next in this series; I’m happy to report that Book 2 begins where Book 1 left off. For this reason, I recommend you start at the beginning (even though it isn’t entirely necessary). Getting to know the town, its people, and the amazing Noema (my favorite character) is a must! Despite being a werewolf, she is super relatable and very down to earth. Emily Fluke does a great job with character development, and I love that the same characters are reintroduced in this book, as well as their relationships with one another.

As for the narration, Madeline Mrozek again proves why she is a favorite among so many audiobook listeners! Her ability to bring characters to life is unmatched. The distinct voices she uses help move the story along, and her tone is always spot-on. She makes each scene easy to follow, and she always keeps me laughing! For this reason, I recommend listening to the audiobook (either on its own or alongside the Kindle version), so you can get the full experience.

Summoning, Skating, and Skulls: Bewitcher's Beach Paranormal Cozy Mysteries, Book 2 by Emily Fluke, narrated by Madeline Mrozek, deserves 5/5 stars! If you love clean mysteries with characters who feel like friends you’ve known your whole life, this is the perfect book (and series) for you. I promise you won’t be disappointed! Thanks for reading my review; I hope it was helpful. Happy listening! :-)

The audiobook Magic, Movies, and Murder: Bewitcher's Beach Paranormal Cozy Mysteries, Book 1 by Emily Fluke, narrated by Madeline Mrozek, transports readers to the 90s…the simpler times…when drama and gossip filled the streets, rather than social media. This is the first book I’ve read by Emily Fluke, and I thought it was so much fun! I immediately felt “at home” with the characters and setting, and I especially loved Noema’s video store because as a teen in the 90s, renting videos was something I always looked forward to!

Madeline Mrozek’s performance kept my attention throughout. Not only did she bring the characters to life through her various voices, but she made it so easy to visualize what was happening in each scene. If she narrates the rest of the series, I definitely plan to listen! She is a fantastic narrator who made me forget I was listening to an audiobook at all; I literally felt like I was watching everything happen right next to me.

I give 5/5 stars to Magic, Movies, and Murder: Bewitcher's Beach Paranormal Cozy Mysteries, Book 1 by Emily Fluke, narrated by Madeline Mrozek. The characters are well-developed, and the storyline is engaging and unpredictable. Also, I love that the ending is set-up perfectly for Book 2 (I’m excited!!). I recommend this audiobook to readers who enjoy cozy mysteries, as well as those looking for a light and funny read that keeps you guessing. Happy listening! :-)

The Woman in Me by Britney Spears was an amazing audiobook that kept me fully engaged from start to finish. There's nothing I can say that others haven't already said. I absolutely loved it, and I recommend it to fans of Britney, as well as those looking to learn more about all she has been through. I also felt the narration by Michelle Williams was very well done. This definitely deserves 5-stars all-around! :-)

The audiobook Tuaca Tan by Traci Andrighetti, narrated by Madeline Mrozek, is Book 8 of the Franki Amato Mysteries, but like the others in the series, it can be listened to as a standalone if you prefer. As always, Andrighetti's writing and Mrozek's narration do not disappoint! The writing is excellent; Andrighetti has somehow managed to combine a perfect mix of unique, crazy characters and wild, action-packed scenes of Mardi Gras with the realistic events of Franki Amato's life, both personally and professionally. Tuaca Tan is a well-balanced mystery that will keep you guessing…and laughing non-stop…through to the end. There is a lot going on and a lot to keep tabs on, but if you've read any of the other books in the series, you'll run into some familiar faces and feel right at home in no time at all.

The best part of Tuaca Tan for me was listening to the top-notch performance by Madeline Mrozek. She is so entertaining and everything you could possibly ever want in a narrator. I'm not sure if this audiobook had more characters than others in the series, but it felt like it for me. I don't think I would have been able to keep track of everyone as well as I did if it wasn't for Mrozek's ability to bring the characters and their personalities to life with her distinct voices and accents for each of them. This must have taken forever to record, and her consistency is literally flawless. I'm thoroughly impressed.

Overall, Tuaca Tan: Franki Amato Mysteries, Book 8 written by Traci Andrighetti and narrated by Madeline Mrozek is deserving of 5/5 stars! I recommend this audiobook to fans of mysteries with lots of humor and over-the-top storylines and characters. Not only will you enjoy walking the streets of Mardi Gras alongside Franki as she works to solve her latest whodunit case, but you'll also love the hilarious scenes and all the quirky characters you'll meet along the way. Happy listening!

The House Guest by Mark Edwards, narrated by Stina Nielsen and Will M. Watt captured my attention immediately. Once I listened to the sample, I knew this was the audiobook for me, and I was right! This is the first book I've read by Mark Edwards, as well as the first time listening to both narrators. I loved them all, and I hope I can listen to them again in other books Edwards has on Audible. The storyline is super engaging, and I found myself guessing throughout the entire novel, only to be thrown off each time with another twist! I did have to rewind a few times to make sure I was keeping up with new, but necessary, characters who were introduced, but that wasn't until about ⅔ the way through. The way it ended makes me wonder if there will be a part 2; that would be amazing, and I'd be first in line to get it!!

The performances by both Stina Nielsen and Will M. Watt were outstanding! I absolutely loved their voices for various characters, and their change in accents made me feel like there were more than two of them narrating. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to them, and I hope to hear them together again in future books!

I give an overall rating of 5/5 stars to The House Guest by Mark Edwards, narrated by Stina Nielsen and Will M. Watt. If you enjoy mystery thrillers that keep you guessing, as well as books with more than one narrator, I recommend this one! It is so well-written, and I definitely think it should be made into a movie!

Thank you for reading my review. I hope it was helpful. Happy listening! :-)

Links by Lisa Becker, narrated by Connor Crais and Stella Hunter, is a standalone second-chance romance novel that's sure to please both fans of the genre, as well as new listeners. Like all of Becker's novels, this one is also very well-written and flawlessly narrated. I'll let you read the plot synopsis on your own, so I don't give anything away. I do want to add, though, that while this book started out as a simple way for me to pass the time, it ended up being so much more. It got me thinking about my own priorities in terms of relationships, opportunities (taken and missed), forgiveness, and ultimately happiness. I think this would make a great book club read because there is so much that could be discussed, especially the role pride plays in determining our futures.

I absolutely loved the performances of both narrators. They brought the characters to life in a way that was totally natural and believable, making my overall experience that much better. In fact, one of the best parts of listening to Lisa Becker's audiobooks is being able to listen to more than one narrator! Everything was smooth and easy to understand; they made me feel like I was watching a movie. Loved it!

As you can probably tell, I give Links by Lisa Becker, narrated by Connor Crais and Stella Hunter, an all-around rating of 5 out of 5 stars. The writing is fantastic, the characters and their situations are relatable, and the narration is top-notch. I recommend this audiobook to readers who enjoy the romance genre, as well as book clubs looking for thought-provoking novels that allow them to reflect on their own lives in terms of love, trust, and relationships.

The Day the World Came to Town by Jim DeFede, narrated by Ray Porter is absolutely amazing in every way. I recommend it to everyone who enjoys inspirational stories about helping others, especially during times of tragedy. I also encourage those who are still struggling with the events of 9/11 to give this audiobook a try. Each of these stories is filled with positivity, inspiration, and hope; they helped me see the good in people and showed me that we are never alone. The world is made up of so many people from all walks of life, but in the end, we are really more alike than we are different...and, we are all in this together. I was sad when the book ended, but thankful for all that I learned about love, strength, courage, and most importantly, one another.

This book will appeal to all types of readers of various ages. I'm 100% confident you will enjoy this audiobook as much as I did, as there is something here for everyone. In addition, the narration was outstanding (I love listening to Ray Porter), which is why I recommend the audiobook over the print and kindle versions, though I'm sure the experiences they provide will be equally fulfilling to readers. Whichever route you choose, I truly believe you will not be disappointed.

I just finished listening to A Wicked Touch: Memory Guild, Book 3 by Ward Parker, narrated by Madeline Mrozek. While it can standalone, you will enjoy it much more if you start with Book 1. Memory Guild is such an awesome series! Parker's writing is so engaging. I absolutely love the storyline and characters, all of which are well-developed and super entertaining. I have no doubt that both readers and listeners will enjoy this book and series very much. This isn't even my usual genre, but Memory Guild has quickly become one of my favorite series to listen to!!

Mrozek's narration is off-the-charts amazing. She definitely made my overall listening experience that much better. She brings the characters and events to life in a way that reading alone cannot. She's also really funny! I love all the different voices she uses, and I actually feel like she is the characters themselves, rather than a narrator playing each part. For these reasons, I highly recommend the audiobook over the Kindle or print versions. You're going to love listening to her.

A Wicked Touch: Memory Guild, Book 3 by Ward Parker, narrated by Madeline Mrozek is very deserving of 5/5 stars across the board. Fans of the genre, as well as those looking to give something new a try, will not go wrong with this one! I'm confident you will love it and be hooked on this series, just like me!
