Historia
Hillbilly Elegy is a passionate and personal analysis of a culture in crisis - that of white working-class Americans. The decline of this group, a demographic of our country that has been slowly disintegrating over 40 years, has been reported on with growing frequency and alarm but has never before been written about as searingly from the inside. J. D. Vance tells the true story of what a social, regional, and class decline feels like when you were born with it hung around your neck.

Totally Relatable

The only thing I didn't like is he didn't explain when and why he changed his last name to Vance.

Historia
When Albert realises he’s stumbled across something much bigger than a random mugging, he decides, for once, to leave the crime-solving to the locals. Fate, however, laughs at his plans, thrusting him and faithful canine companion, Rex Harrison, into the thick of things just as the first body is found. Is the coveted prize for the best Yorkshire pudding driving the competitors to the most extreme lengths? One thing is for sure - one body always leads to another.

Laugh-out-loud funny and relaxing
Revisado: 04-24-21
This book was fun to listen to and I totally enjoyed it. The book is one of those that is both convoluted enough to keep the reader/listeners attention, but also easy reading for those times when you just want something where you can totally relax, not to mention laugh-out-loud at the pictures it draws in your mind. Well worth reading.
