Game Changer

I’ve recently started seeing a dietitian for what I thought, was a problem I have with emotional eating! Wrong! After reading this book (recommended by my dietitian) I’ve realised that what I thought were my issues with emotional eating and binge eating, are actually issues as a result of restriction throughout the day.
I absolutely loved the book and all of the research and evidence that Kristy shares.
Highly recommend!
