Simple Read packed with ton of value

Truths are always simple. This little book is a great example of that. The author shares simple techniques that can help eliminate over thinking and suffering. Easy read and straightforward with little to no fluff. I really enjoyed it.

The problem comes when we allow our limiting voices, our negative self-talk, to continually derail us from that path. The more insidious part is that we usually don't even realize we're being guided by these internal voices, because we've become so accustomed to living with them.

Straight to the point and packed with wisdom

This book was suggested by a friend. I was a bit skeptical because it didn’t have a lot of reviews as some of the other titles that I’ve read in the past. But once I got started I couldn’t stop listening. It’s packed with a lot of wisdom and not a lot of fluff. The author is straight to the point and gives you practical steps to working toward your dream. I’ve now recommended this book to friends and family and is one that I will continue to listen again and again.
