I was hesitant to purchase because I don't like books over 10 hours. But I really like the descriptions of each one in the series
So I bought book 3 1st (it was shorter) & I decided if good I'd go back & read the others. Glad I did, I've really enjoyed the 1st 3 books now & will continue reading the rest. As far as the series the author does a great job describing the alien worlds, culture & items within. Sometimes a bit to wordy for my tastes. But there's no guessing what something looks tastes or feels like.
In bk 1 Abducted Zoey is trying to make her kidnapper see her as a person & not as a possession. As she & Sarden have several adventures & mishaps (like being kidnapped from the kidnapper) she comes to learn why she was bought & will be sold. She starts to feel compassion & understanding for Sarden. He helps with some major fears she has & learns let down her guard. Only when confronting never seeing each other again do the H/H realize love has blossomed between. The question is did they realize too late & will lose each forever. Worth the credit.

This was refreshing because other than the major secret that he knew her before they meet there was no major turmoil. The hero did not do anything stupid to create a riff between the two. It was a really fast I love you & your it for me but nice to have characters actually tell it like it is even if the truth hurts. I feel like the 1st book Naked could have easily been combined with All in instead of making you pay for 2 short stories. But I'm hooked & have already bought the 3rd book. The performance threw me off a bit with a change in narrators from book 1 thus why I didn't give it 5 stars.

All that & a bag of chips

Great Light read. It has everything you want/need in a good book. There's chemistry in & out of the bedroom, there's action, danger & times when you're holding your breath hoping "that" doesn't happen. Theres also friends/family which are all fiercely protective & loyal to the bottom of the souls. Then Once you add Alpha male who can be demanding one minute & tender the next & who puts everyone's needs before his own. Then you have all the things you need for a great romance with a happily ever later. So you have everything & a bag of chips.

If you like a good love story but don't want to commit to 7 plus hours then this is for you. There's love & tenderness, hope for the future, loneliness, outside threats, feelings of betrayal, sexy time & destiny. It's just up to you to read/listen to find out which order they come in.

Mystery Cold Case & some light DS

I enjoyed it - the heroine wants & trys to help solve an old cold case. She has a sixth sense that leads her in the right directions.
Narrator did OK, but some of the male voices were weak.

Love at first scent

Would have loved to have a longer story about both the main characters but despite the shortness it was a great story.
They're confusion regarding their emotions from first meeting made this story more realistic. Oh & of course the sex was hot, but it just wasn't a story of sex it had a nice mystery twist too.

Short w/lots of sex ~ who's complaining.

It's a short story, but for the limited time you get to read/listen to them - they have sex & even make love several times. It is typical in that within only a short time both the leading lady & the strong Alpha decide that they are both in love & want to commit to each other for the next 1000 years & live happily ever after.
