Fun story, easy to listen to.
Wish it was a longer book, with more twists.
But overall I really enjoyed it.

Historia
After their mother’s probable suicide, Jazz and Olivia Moon struggle to move on with their lives. Olivia, an 18-year-old who can taste words and see sounds, blinds herself by staring at the sun, then decides to walk to the remote setting of her mother’s unfinished novel to resuscitate her hopes and dreams. Jazz, plagued by unresolved conflict with her mother and a hidden trove of her unsent letters, takes a job in a funeral home before being forced back into the role of her sister’s keeper.

A good story, liked the writing, the narrating, everything.
It felt like it took me on an adventure with the heros, just like a good book should.

Historia
When I arrive unannounced at my husband's studio in need of a shoulder to cry on after hearing that my best student, Alex, has died, I see a pair of wineglasses drying by the sink, and my deepest fear is confirmed: my husband is having an affair. Most women would fall to their knees in tears and throw him out of the house - but I just can't bring myself to do it. Instead, I go home and cook a healthy dinner for our children, walk the dog, and unload the dishwasher without complaint. I need this marriage to work to protect a terrible secret of my own....

Pretty annoying
Revisado: 07-20-21
The plot keeps twisting and it's hard to decipher who's the bad guy, but for the sake of that too many characters act as crazy or evil, it's not realistic.
The heroine is unbearably annoying and I found it really hard to relate to her most of the time.
Don't like the type which keeps perceiving herself as a victim of circumstances while reacting childishly to everything that happens.

Historia
Xanthe has always had an affinity with some of the antiques she finds. When she touches them, she can sense something of the past they come from and the stories they hold. When she has an intense connection to a beautiful silver chatelaine, she has to know more. It is while she’s examining the chatelaine that she’s transported back to the 17th century, where it has its origins. She discovers there is an injustice in its history. The spirit that inhabits her new home confronts her and charges her with saving her daughter’s life, threatening to take Flora’s if she fails.

Magical, sweet and interesting.
This is exactly the type of fantasy I like.
It's not a deep story, but enjoyable and light.

Historia
Interaction with people we desire to influence presents us with a painful choice: instant gratification vs. lasting impact. Most of us go for the first, but doing so greatly limits our ability to achieve the second. This is due mostly to "gratification traps", common pitfalls that we all experience in our workplace interactions. This audiobook will show you how to identify three such traps and then how to use a simple five-step method to avoid them.

I love it when people who have spent many years doing something share their knowledge in a clear simple manner.
This book is definitly one of those.
