This book once you start is not one that you can put down. I could not believe all the things that Adam went through in his life even before his time in the teams. He truly had an impact on everyone he passed in life.

An unabridged perspective of Theodore

This has to be the most detailed historical biography I have ever read. Some of the highlights of the book were Teddys times in the Dakotas, his relationship with Alice Lee, the NYC Police, and as leader of the Rough Riders in Cuba. Surprisingly sprinkled along the way of this journey there are some laughs and some more emotional passages. A fantastic job!

This book combines the gruesome violence of Savage son with what is the most intricately designed and insightful conspiracy of his books yet. The arch of James Reece has developed so well over all of his books. Was awesome to hear more about hunting and archery in this one as well. Well done Jack! Only problem is now I have to wait for the next one. Ray Porter remains a master of his class. His performance kept me on my toes the whole book.

This book was great for the knowledge it shared. The book literally lays out a annual schedule and the ins and outs of saddle hunting. Fantastic book. The narration however doesn’t fit the tone or the theme of the book at all. Would have been much better if the authors had read it.

Young Adventurer’s this one is for you

I was a canoe guide for many years in the boundary waters and Quetico provincial park. During my time there I read this book for the first time after it had been gifted to me by a previous guide. I now pass on this book to all young people who venture out into the unknowns and live the strenuous life. Fantastic book and great narration. There is a lot of be learned from this book and I hope you take that opportunity

Conservationist and Outdoorsman’s Perfect Listen

This book was extremely interesting and was very educational. If you are interested in TR, National Parks or Forest, hunting, or biology this book is for you hands down. It does not drag on like some have said. Listened to the whole book over a three day period while working and left inspired by the life of the bull moose.
