Historia
Imagine walking into a restaurant and finding chlorinated hydrocarbon pesticides, or neonicotinoid insecticides listed in the description of your entree. They may not be printed in the menu, but many are in your food. These are a few of the literally millions of pounds of approved synthetic substances dumped into the environment every day, not just in the US but around the world.

Love This Book
Revisado: 11-09-22
It's all what I wanted in a book. Recomended by the Beyond Pesticides organization that is legitimate with an achive of research of pestcidies and links to several diseases.
I've seen many of the things said here and there, but this seals the deal. Giving me a near push to get out of this country, on top of all the other issues that could be solved by the government. Will we survive healthy as we continue to live in the USA? Not sure.
Thank you for having this made as an audiobook.

Not the greatest method to parenting. I've learned better ways to parent than what this book describes. Wouldn't recommend this

If you expect to listen while you drive, you're going to have to put an extra effort in focusing on what they are sayin. They aren't the greatest performers of reading the content, but definitely have A+ content in it.

It's nice to listen to. Not all information will apply, but the main points are helpful. Just listening to something like this multiple times will help feel better and get it ingrained in the brain.

Historia
Experience the book that started the Quiet Movement and revolutionized how the world sees introverts - and how introverts see themselves - by offering validation, inclusion, and inspiration. At least one-third of the people we know are introverts. They are the ones who prefer listening to speaking; who innovate and create but dislike self-promotion; who favor working on their own over working in teams. It is to introverts - Rosa Parks, Chopin, Dr. Seuss, Steve Wozniak - that we owe many of the great contributions to society.

Just love Susan Cain and bought this for myself when I am not part of the target audience. I think it would be helpful to any introvert.

Thoroughly covered. I wish she touched more on depression involved with introversion, but oh well. Many aspects of introversion and the glorification of extroversion in ways I never imagined. Great listen as an introvert.
