Well written and read, and very practical, especially if you share the author's basic premise. To me, though, he seems to define branding as a process for helping people help you to get what you want. I believe that it should be more about finding the best ways you can meet their needs and help them succeed.

As the teaching maxim says, "Tell them what you're going to tell them, tell them, and then tell them what you told them. " Benjamin does this well. A good mix of specific steps and making the readers think for themselves. Also well narrated, easy to listen to and understand.
