Happy Ending, Wish characters have more dimension.

Fun fantasy but i cant quite get over the manipulation. Leaves a feeling that this was not written by a woman. It didn’t really give Candace much redemption for what she’s done- we were not shown the consequences of her manipulation, there was no struggle yet she still got what she wanted. The first one was funny with an undertone of stalker, but then the second one was done without thought of the first one. Ally has all the right to feel the way she did, but she was too quick to forgive with Candace’s weak reasons. This makes Ally spineless. Overall, i like that it has a happy ending though I wish we were not only told but shown the main characters’ dimensions.

Love the RomCom vibe!

Overall a nice read! Love that we are in an age we can get normal lesbian romcom so easily. Wish there were more twists and that the side characters were rounded off by the ending ie Miranda, Haley, and Claire. Other than that, the main characters are great. Both have stories and traits to root for.

Happy Lesbian Ending & Amazing delivery

I love Anna Stone’s writing. I have not found any other writer who makes her stories so trustworthy- It is truly lesbian, kinky and heartwarming. The executive liaison is my favorite of all of her books. The plot overwrites the common hetero love stories i grew up to, giving me faith that twists of fate can also happen to lesbian stories.
As always, Abby Craden’s performance lets me immerse in the story. Always on point and so expressive.
