Comments say the book is very long and wordy… it is at times but it really dives deep. To help spice up the audible I listened to it at 1.3-1.4x speed. 1.0 seemed very slow.

Great information… focus on 40 yo women

Just finished Jennifer‘s book, and thought it was incredible and gave great insight to the mindfulness of weight loss. I must’ve missed somewhere that this book was written and designed for 40 year old women, as I am a 30 something male. Although it was truly worth it for the perspective and vast amount of knowledge. Would recommend to anyone.
