Historia
Over the last 220 years, society has evolved a universal belief that electricity is "safe" for humanity and the planet. Scientist and journalist Arthur Firstenberg disrupts this conviction by telling the story of electricity in a way it has never been told before - from an environmental point of view - by detailing the effects that this fundamental societal building block has had on our health and our planet.

Scary book. I learned many new things from this book. “Modern” medicine makes perfect sense now. Big tech will be our downfall if we are not careful.

Historia
A former US naval intelligence worker, Milton William Cooper published his manifesto Behold a Pale Horse in 1991. Since then it has gone on to sell hundreds of thousands of copies, becoming the number-one best seller in the American prison system. According to Behold a Pale Horse, JFK was assassinated - because he was about to reveal that extraterrestrials were about to take over the earth - by his driver, an alien himself; AIDS is a government conspiracy; and much more.

Historia
The legacy of General Nathan Bedford Forrest is deeply divisive. Best known for being accused of war crimes at the Battle of Fort Pillow and for his role as first grand wizard of the Ku Klux Klan - an organization he later denounced - Forrest has often been studied as a military figure, but never before studied as a fascinating individual who wrestled with the complex issues of his violent times. Bust Hell Wide Open is a comprehensive portrait of Nathan Bedford Forrest as a man: his achievements, failings, reflections, and regrets.

This was a remarkable book about a remarkable American hero. A very misunderstood and controversial historical figure, Nathan Bedford Forrest lived an incredible life and this book gives some amazing accounts of his life. We all could learn a lot from this man. I would highly recommend it.

Historia
The Human Magnet Syndrome: The Codependent Narcissist Trap is a complete rewrite of Ross's first book. Ross provides a more explicit rendering of The Human Magnet Syndrome, that includes new theories, explanations, and concepts. The information on Gaslighting and The Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome, like the rest of the information, is cutting edge and completely original. This audiobook contains many more case examples and stories of Ross's own codependency recovery.

Very good book to add some context and understanding for any sort of relationship issue, particularly a divorce situation. I found several “ah hah” moments of clarity from this book. Excellent listen while hiking in the woods on a journey of self discovery.

Historia
The Dark Path is considered Isaac Weishaupt's magnum opus; a result of many years delving into the recesses of occult dogma from the approach of open-minded rationalism. Isaac's journey started with an attempt to separate religion from conspiracy theories, but the agenda clearly showed a connection. The question to be considered is if the agenda of the Illuminati overlaps with the tenets of the occult and whether or not there is an evil influence at play.

Historia
The Flat Earth Clues book gives you 12 compelling reasons why you should rethink the globe model that you have been taught. Before you were born, before your parents, your grandparents, before you even had a family line. There was the illusion, the trick, the lie that you lived on a small spinning rock flying through space. You thought it was true, because children don't believe in lies. And you grew up, and it was still true, because science is never wrong....

Very interesting subject matter, but this book is just a compilation of YouTube videos and podcasts. All of the content is available online free of charge. I was expecting new content. I would have rather spent my money on something else.

Historia
Dion Fuller sheltered a US marine who'd stolen night vision goggles, and perhaps a few top-secret files, from a nearby military base. Dion found himself arrested (under the ostensible auspices of The Patriot Act) for conspiring with international terrorists to smuggle top-secret military equipment out of Camp Pendleton. The fact that Dion had absolutely nothing to do with international terrorists, smuggling, top-secret military equipment, or Camp Pendleton didn't seem to bother the military.

I liked the concept, subject matter, and the black ops aspects of the story. I did not like how the majority of the book was just a written down conversation. It could have been done better and in a more entertaining way.

Seldom does a book have the impact of Michelle Alexander’s The New Jim Crow. Since it was first published in 2010, it has been cited in judicial decisions and has been adopted in campus-wide and community-wide reads; it helped inspire the creation of the Marshall Project and the new $100 million Art for Justice Fund; it has been the winner of numerous prizes, including the prestigious NAACP Image Award; and it has spent nearly 250 weeks on the New York Times best seller list.

While I do not agree with all of the assertions of the author, I have been aware of the racial injustice of our legal system for years. The war in drugs a giant waste of resources, money, and human lives when compared to nearly any war in history. Well worth the listen. I am not sure exactly how to fix the racial problems of America, but books like this are a very good start.

This classic expose of the Fed has become one of the best-selling books in its category of all time. Where does money come from? Where does it go? Who makes it? The money magician's secrets are unveiled. Here is a close look at their mirrors and smoke machines, the pulleys, cogs, and wheels that create the grand illusion called money. A boring subject? Just wait. You'll be hooked in five minutes. It reads like a detective story - which it really is, but it's all true.

Very thought provoking. I really liked the book and the narrator. It's a shame what the government medical complex has come to. Only thing that could have been better is exactly how to buy products and food that are healthy and safe without going through the website that they are pushing. Will surely implement some of the suggestions.
