This is probably the best book I've ever had on eating. It covers cutting, maintenance and bulking. The narration was also a plus, even if a book has great info, I won't get through it with bad narration.

Great Book but long pauses

The book was full of great options and tons of tips for all levels of fitness and health. The content was great and even bought three book for reference. his speech was full of long pauses though that became increasingly irritating. still I listened to it repeatedly for the knowledge.
