Best Old Republic Novel!!

This is my favorite book from the old Republic series. And that’s saying a lot because Revan is an amazing novel. I think “Deceived” has a few more interesting characters and the ending is fabulous!! Any Star Wars fan would love this book. But I recommend it to anyone looking for a good read/listen.

He has redeemed himself after the horrible “Holly” book…. The stories were great but King has an absolute obsession with Covid and the wearing of masks. Plus he always has to throw in a dig at President Trump. Other than that the stories were excellent!

Had to be “woke”. I don’t need gay or political statements made in a Star Wars book!! I read these books to get away from that stuff. These writers and Hollywood folks with their liberal agenda stuff has NO place in Star Wars!! And I know most of the Star Wars fans agree!
Otherwise it was a fun read and narration was excellent

King should realize that most people do not want to hear about this political crap when they are reading or listening to a work of fiction. I listen to fiction to escape the real world. Not to listen to a whiny leftist complain about President Trump and Covid. I requested a refund immediately.

Dispatcher Series is AMAZING!

Oh I absolutely love the Dispatcher series. All three stories are wonderful. I highly recommend this book and the series to any one who loves a good read/listen. Scalzi always keeps my interest from Chapter 1 until the very end. He is a masterful writer.
And of course this review would not be complete if I did not mention Zachary Quinto! I would listen to just about anything that he reads. He is most definitely one of the best narrators performing today and I couldn’t imagine anyone else performing this series. I look forward to more Dispatcher stories and more Zachary Quinto.

King is such a versatile writer and I like almost everything he has written. I love his horror novels and I am a HUGE Dark Tower fan!! Fairy Tale is not your typical King “horror” tale but that doesn’t make it any less awesome. The characters are great, the narration is superb, and the setting is spectacular. I highly recommend this book to not just Stephen King fans but to anyone who likes a good story.

Wonderful Ending to an EPIC Series

What a wonderful way to conclude this series. I am usually disappointed with the ending of a book or TV series. That was not the case here!! It provided a very satisfying ending for all of my favorite characters. Sentinels of Creation is without a doubt one of the best series I have ever read. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a great story.
