Historia
Olivia is now in her sixties and widowed. She had been disillusioned by her parents when she was young and discouraged by her late husband Jack, to follow her dreams. Now when she enters the gazebo that was once a place of romance and intimate moments for Jack and Olivia, she finds it just a place to reminisce about her past life. A mysterious letter not only changes Olivia's thinking, it changes her life in more ways than she could ever imagine.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this to many friends as the story is wonderfully well written and the narrator did such an amazing job in telling the story.
What did you like best about this story?
This is a beautiful story of love, loss and life. It really takes you deep into the heart of the characters and makes you feel for them. It is sad in a lot of it, but it is also inspirational and uplifting.
Have you listened to any of Marie Hoffman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This was the first book I have heard from Marie Hoffman.
Who was the most memorable character of Tea Can Wait and why?
It is hard to pick one because there are so many wonderful characters and a story that ties them all together.
Any additional comments?
This is a beautiful story. I love the narrator because her voice is pleasant and easy to listen to.

Historia
This book is meant to describe, in an easy to understand way, what happened to me after I died. I don't know who I was, where it occurred, whether I was a man or woman, boy or girl; only that it did, indeed, occur. I have had this memory for almost 40 years now. I used to believe that this was a premonition. I was a very young child, when I began recollecting this, and so I could not explain it to myself any other way.

My Memory of Dying Provides a Sense of Peace
Revisado: 07-13-14
What did you love best about My Memory of Dying: Yes, This Is a True Story?
This is a book about a man's memory of the death of his past life. It is wonderfully narrated by a man with a soft and gentle voice. The book itself is not frightening at all. In fact I am recommending this because it provides us all with the knowledge that death is a peaceful transition that is filled with love and comfort. We all have questions about the afterlife and the existence of heaven. Finally someone has been able to share the experience with us and grant us the knowledge that death is a beginning, not an end and that it is a beautiful and uplifting experience.
What other book might you compare My Memory of Dying: Yes, This Is a True Story to and why?
I cannot compare this to another book because I have never read or listened to an audio book like this before. This is the first time I have ever heard anyone's experiences or memories of death. This book is truly unique.
Which character – as performed by John Grunewald – was your favorite?
This book is narrated from the first person and has only one character.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The book is short but it is uplifting and inspirational throughout.
