Historia
After the government publicly praise Dedsec for their role in the Zero Day affair, there is a resetting of relations between the surveillance state and the public. However, the reality is that a brand new clampdown on civil freedom is underway. Responding to an increase in activism and disruptive protest that’s seen mass strikes and huge cost implications to the treasury, SIRS have been directed by the Department of Culture and Media to orchestrate a system of message manipulation, fake news generation and discrediting dissenting voices.

Our future? Hope not .
Revisado: 12-14-24
Witten in the spirit of authors like Orson Welles and Aldous Huxley, this story tells of a future that I do not want to participate in. With the choose your own adventure style, it was very entertaining. I only wish there had been more choices. I know this would have been a lot more complicated, but I would have enjoyed it even more.

Historia
Raised in the wilderness by her late great-uncle, Vida is a young woman with an almost preternatural affinity for nature, especially for the wolves that also call the forested mountains home. Formed by hard experience, by love and loss, and by the prophecies of a fortuneteller, Vida just wants peace. If only nearby Kettleton County didn’t cast such a dark shadow.

PREACHY BUT OK
Revisado: 11-12-24
This story contains the supernatural, a little horror and suspense, perfect good guys, very flawed and stupid bad guys, and a self-righteous, preachy overtone. In other words, typical later Koontz.

Historia
Michael Crichton, creator of Jurassic Park, ER, Twister, and Westworld, had a passion project he’d been pursuing for years, ahead of his untimely passing in 2008. Knowing how special it was, his wife, Sherri Crichton, held back his notes and the partial manuscript until she found the right author to complete it: James Patterson, the world’s most popular storyteller.

Good Premise
Revisado: 06-15-24
Great idea from Michael Crichton, and good writing effort from James Patterson and his writing staff / machine. I know I will get something entertaining from Patterson, but I get a little bit tired of the formula he and his crew use. We all love to see our favorite authors release stories posthumously , but sometimes we just need to move on.

Historia
The man who became known as Esrahaddon is reported to have destroyed the world’s greatest empire—but there are those who believe he saved it. Few individuals are as divisive, but all agree on three facts: He was exiled to the wilderness, hunted by a goblin priestess, and sentenced to death by a god—all before the age of eight. How he managed to survive and why people continued to fear his name a thousand years later has always been a mystery...until now.

Revisado: 10-18-23
Tim Gerard Reynolds is familiar and great at conveying the witty humor and banter of the characters, and the funny, happy, sad, and always engaging plot that Michael J Sullivan writes. I never want it to end and always look forward to a new story at the end of the summer.

Another Great Prey Novel
Revisado: 10-08-23
Although it is not Richard Ferrone narrating, the storyline is good, the characters are strong, and the banter is familiar. We all get used to a familiar narrator, but people die, and the show must go on. There are a lot of people crying about the narration, and this and that, but the characters and the stories are the same, written by the same great author we're used to. A lot of people were complaining about the Letty Davenport novels, and those were good also. Clear your mind, shut up, and listen, and you won't be disappointed.

This is the home of WKLEN talk-radio, broadcast through Tower #57. Fresh out of the local community college and eager to start his career in radio production, Luther Stenson arrives for his first shift as an intern on Evening Sands, a late-night radio show focused on the unexplainable and broadcast throughout the lower forty-eight. Luther’s first night in radio quickly becomes one he’ll never forget.

Great Tribute to Art Bell
Revisado: 04-16-23
Coast to Coast was a big part of my 20s and 30s. Great story, and lots of good memories brought back. Whether laying in bed with my wife like two kids at a sleepover, driving on a road trip together, or out at work alone by myself scared witless waiting for aliens or Bigfoot to surprise me, the show was a constant. Thank you for this.

QUIT HATIN CUZ THE NARRATIN
Revisado: 04-14-23
Great John Sandford novel in the Lucas Davenport Universe. Despite what other reviewers say, the story is solid John Sandford, and great. The story is good, the dialogue is good, the delivery is different because it is not Richard Ferrone narrating. The people that left the low ratings probably just had a problem with the narrator. I really enjoyed The Investigator and Dark Angel, and look forward to the next in the Letty Davenport series.

Hard to get through.
Revisado: 02-02-23
I listened to the audio drama The Division Hearts on Fire and enjoyed it, so when I saw books one and two of The Division I purchased them without a thought. Now I'm unsure of whether or not I want to attempt book two. It was not a horrible story, and the narration was fair, but I could just not get into it.

Once a rising star in the art world, she finds refuge in her painting. The neighboring island of Ringrock houses a secret: a government research facility. And now two agents have arrived on Jacob’s Ladder in search of someone—or something—they refuse to identify. Good but too many words
Revisado: 01-28-23
I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Dean Koontz is getting long in the tooth. it was a good story but I kept having to rewind and stop and take breaks because it was getting a little boring with the long descriptions and the sanctimonious good and evil babble - thanks that people have been complaining about with Dean Koontz for years.
