For addiction and recovery
Revisado: 10-19-23
This book is a holistic approach to addiction and sobriety. Anyone can benefit from reading this. Some of my favorite sections are: Spending Time with negative people is the quickest way to destroy a positive outlook. If they disappoint you, move them off your list.
Chapter 78 covered praying for others. I believe this is a way to remain humble, increase hope for more peace. Chapter 79 covers mindfulness. Mental noting was covered as a way to bring awareness to the thoughts that you’re having. Unit tasking which is a practice in doing one task at a time is something I will practice daily. Ch. 80 about self care, physical fitness, and learning to live looks at being healthy throughout life. This is an approach to life everyone needs.
