Good story if you haven't read the wheel of time.

The narrators are amazing as they always are.
The story was good but there are too many things taken straight from WoT for my liking. Not just characters but magic style but phrases as well, such as "I swear by the light and my hope of salvation..."
Ultimately, this was a lot of material for 1 credit and a lot of solid entertainment. The only downsides are my own cringes at the similarities to a beloved series(WoT) and the occasional instances where the characters' behavior doesn't make sense.

Narration was very poorly done. Characters were voice crossover, choppy in delivery throughout the series. Love the story but delivery is bad.

Very engaging, fast moving, great depth of characters, and twists and turns trying to get you to figure it all out before the book tells you. Can't wait to read more in book #3.
