Historia
The Prize recounts the panoramic history of oil, and the struggle for wealth and power that has always surrounded oil. This struggle has shaken the world economy, dictated the outcome of wars, and transformed the destiny of men and nations. The Prize is as much a history of the 20th-century as of the oil industry itself.

I'm in the oil and gas industry and have been for 9 years, I can honestly say I expanded my knowledge of oil and gas just by simply listening to this. I enjoy the energy industry and if you do then this book is for you. the information is very accurate and safe so if you are looking to invest without being fooled this is a great guide book.

Historia
Written with bracing wit and intelligence, Rachel Maddow's Drift argues that we've drifted away from America's original ideals and become a nation weirdly at peace with perpetual war, with all the financial and human costs that entails. To understand how we've arrived at such a dangerous place, Maddow takes us from the Vietnam War to today's war in Afghanistan.

Historia
From the American Revolution to the end of World War II, the United States spent 19 years at war against other nations. But since1950, the total is 22 years and counting. On four occasions, U.S. presidents elected as "peace candidates" have gone on to lead the nation into ferocious armed conflicts. Repeatedly, wars deemed necessary when they began have been seen in retrospect as avoidable, and ill-advised. Americans profess to be a peace-loving people and one wary of "foreign entanglements". Yet we have been drawn into wars in distant lands from Vietnam to Afghanistan.

Historia
Every 13,000 years on Earth a sacred and secret event takes place that changes everything. Mother Earth's Kundalini energy emerges from its resting place in the planet's core and moves like a snake across the surface of our world. Once at home in ancient Lemuria, it moved to Atlantis, then to the Himalayan mountains of India and Tibet, and with every relocation changed our idea of what spiritual means. And gender. And heart. This time, with much difficulty, the Serpent of Light has moved to the Andes Mountains of Chile and Peru.

I personally believe the earth has its own pulse and nature is in control but this guy is full of it at times he puts himself on a pede stole then he puts himself in the likes of a forgetful child whose so care free that he let's everything just roll off the shoulder and forgets important details immediately but remembers them all when it comes to writing his book I can see unintelligent people loving this book and I'm not saying a lot of stuff in this book isn't possible but this guy is in a confused fantasy land longing for importance
