Who Hired This Lisping Narrator???

A lisping narrator, seriously? Plus he's so stilted that it's distracting and totally annoying.
Wonderful story. Horrible performance. I couldn't make it through chapter one before giving up in disgust.
Don't waste your money on this audiobook...listen to the e-book using any free narration program out there (like NaturalReader) and you'll enjoy it a lot more.

Horrible Narrator Ruined This Wonderful Book!

I don't know where they found this narrator, but she's horrible. She's so overly dramatic that she alternately shouts through half the book or makes it sound like a raunchy porn movie. Sometimes both at the same time. And she made all the Irish women sound like crotchety old hags with ancient quavery voices, not in their late 20s/early 30s like in the book. I fought my way to the end because I love the story, but I'm sorry I did. I'm deleting the audiobook from my library and asking for a refund.

Awesome Victorian BDSM Book!

Very sexy voice reading very sexy erotica!
BDSM isn't normally my thing, but the cover and description intrigued me, so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed at all. The story was great, and the sexy parts were really spicy without being too violent. Two thumbs way up! If this author does any other books like this, I'll give it a try. And I'm definitely checking out the rest of her e-books!
