I have truly loved every book in the Jane Yellowrock series as well as the Soulwood series. I have reread them both every time a new one is released. I hope that one day Jane Yellowrock could be made into a movie or TV show. I would like to se it come to life.

So far, I've heard 4 stories, each one worse than the last. I just can't continue. It's not funny or witty- which they are trying so hard for. I freaking love Patrick Stewart, but nope. Even that one was horrible.

This was basically a book for people thinking it'd be cool to have vegan vampires. There just wasn't anything vampire about it other than calling them that just so you could be in that genre. Even taking out the useless part of calling people vampires there wasn't much a story. It was weak at best.

This was a difficult book to get through. I almost couldn't do it. Not because is was bad, but because I really thought it was over. I was laying there crying listening to the words. Until the very end I had completely lost all hope. I'm still terribly afraid it might be left there. I hope there is more to the Jane Yellowrock series. It is my favorite. I hope with all my heart that when it finally does end it does so on a happier note. I feel like I have lost some of my own family.

Oh man... This was one of the worst books I've ever read. It's hard to believe this was written by a woman as weak as the protagonist is. Main character is an idiot with borderline Stockholm syndrome that is falling in love with an alien who comes from an evil race. Her character is just so weak minded. This is a story that reminds me of Twilight, but so much worse.

At first I wasn't so sure I was going to like this. It took a few chapters to really get it going, but they're short chapters. It's a different type of book than you everyday zombie novel. The narrator needs to work on his female voices, but other than that I really enjoyed the book.

It wasn't a bad book, not a great one either. The reading, I felt, was a little overreactive and undereactive than the character should've been at times. Instead of feeling like she was a top notch agent it felt more like she was fresh out of highschool, a bit immature.

Interaction was weird.

I'm a huge fan of the Yellowrock series, and adore the way Khristine Hvam reads her parts. I am not used to the other series or Gabra Zackman. Maybe halfway through I was able to connect with her style of reading. Even then, the interaction between the two readers was... off. Like it had been two separate recordings that were pieced together later on. There were unnatural delays in conversation between characters. It felt forced and didn't flow well.
