When I first started this book the plot seemed predictable. Boy was I wrong. This book took me on an emotional journey and I loved it. I especially loved the growth of both the main female and male characters. The narration was great.

This is my first book by this author. The storyline was okay. It had potential but I think there were too many different problem going on at once. Both the main characters were immature and annoyed my soul. But if you enjoy urban fiction/ romance than you'll like this book. The narration was great!

Urban romance is a hit miss for me. But this was a hit! Ariah still has some growing up to do. But Lucian is a definite book babe. The sex scenes were steamy and the drama kept me engaged. I also enjoyed both narrators. The narrators' voices matched each character perfectly.

This is one of the best books I've read all year. I grew to empathize and appreciate every character (accept the bff). Blissful love story with a twist. The right amount of drama, spicy sex scenes, and a happy ending. All three narrators performed perfectly.
