Over all an interesting read

There were certain things I did not personal agree with but that does not mean it would not benefit someone else. Like all books regarding self-help and positivity. We take what we agree with and feel what will benefit us based on our life and leave the rest. Also the audio is poor quality. When your listening to a book you want the audio to good.

Historia
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Great read !

This was a wonderful book. Mark went straight to the point and didn't try to sugar coat it. He spoke about truths regarding pain and suffering and growth and development. He emphasized how these things take TIME to develop and change in oneself, which I think some books miss. He using the word f*ck from time to time but he does not over do it. At least he keeps things interesting and isn't afraid to be himself and it does not take away from the important messages. Most importantly he had no problem using himself as an example. An also from the reading I gather he wants you to be the best version of yourself as well. The narrator Roger Wayne was the best narrator I heard from audible so far.
