Today, many women are reluctant to show their feminine side because they feel they need to be more assertive to be successful.

Many exercises are given to help with the process. The author encourages women to use their inner wisdom and intuition to make better decisions. This is a very inspiring book that I would highly recommend.

This is a very unique audiobook. I learned much from listening to this book. It discusses the four attachment styles and how they impact relationships, specifically how they each react and relate to an avoidant partner. The relationships can be that of a romantic nature or friendship.
The book gives assessment tools to help you identify your attachment style and then follow up with strategies to help you improve relationships. The author also discusses looking at your past in order to identify obstacles, release them, and ultimately grow and enhance your relationships.

This audiobook was meant for Black Women; however, I found it so compelling that it could apply to any woman needing emotional support and healing. The book goes beyond positive affirmations.
