Historia
I woke to the soothing sound of a peaceful serenade...except there’s nothing peaceful about being kidnapped after being sold to the Devils of Sin. This never should have happened, because I did everything right. I accepted the invitation, attended the masquerade in the depth of the forsaken forest, and danced with whomever requested. The longer one remains, the more debt is cleared from the family name, so I danced through the night. I survived to the final note—and let me emphasize the survive part—but I’m starting to realize where the real problem lies.

Enjoyed it but some characters felt neglected
Revisado: 03-21-23
First off, the narration was excellent. The narrator's really brought out the personalities of the characters. I thoroughly enjoyed the premise of this story. Psychotic men and an equally psychotic female lead is my bread and butter. However, I was disappointed with the lack of fleshing out the other four men. The author seemed to mainly focus on Talon, who I adore, but I really wanted more insight into the twins and Dagger's characters. You only get a few insights into the twins, Dagger, and Joaquin. It left the story lacking. The ending also felt extremely rushed and very little was explained. I know there is a sequel to this coming out but I feel that a book that was over 800 pages had plenty of opportunities to flesh out the characters more. I will be reading the next book when it's released. I am hoping that more will be explained and that we will get to see more POVs from the other 4 men in the harem.

Historia
Hades kidnapped me. Yeah, that Hades. Greek mythology is real, and I’m learning the gods are real dicks. I’m tasked with caring for the monsters in the Underworld. Oh, yeah, Demeter is pissed about the whole Persephone thing. She’s kidnapped her daughter and making the monsters fight for sport. Persephone is quite happy in the Underworld according to Hades pet dog...who has three heads and is kind of a goof. I’ve met a Kraken, a minotaur, a phoenix, and a black widow spider. I’ve also met Hephaestus, the God of the Forge, who has been abused by his family.

Horrible narrator, get on KU instead
Revisado: 11-28-22
the story is very interesting, it holds and keeps your attention. However, the narrator is absolutely horrible. The voices she does for the characters is so bad it takes away from the story. She makes the phoenix sound like a goblin from Gringotts Bank. I'm sure there are steamy sections but I don't think I could handle them with the strange voices used for the other characters. This series is on KU, I returned this audiobook and am reading the ebook now.
