Historia
Nesta Archeron has always been prickly-proud, swift to anger, and slow to forgive. And ever since being forced into the Cauldron and becoming High Fae against her will, she's struggled to find a place for herself within the strange, deadly world she inhabits. Against the sweeping backdrop of a world seared by war and plagued with uncertainty, Nesta and Cassian battle monsters from within and without as they search for acceptance - and healing - in each other's arms.

The narration is the worst. :(

Slow to start, but good.

I initially balked at listening to this one because I had trouble adjusting to the narrator after doing a re-listen of the previous books. I still do not like the way the narrator voices Feyre, but as she isn't a central character in this book, it didn't matter much as I got further in. I ended up really enjoying the way she narrates Nesta. It is longer than the previous books but I really enjoyed where SJM took the story and look forward to seeing what she does next.

Historia
When Rini lands with a literal splash in the pond behind Eleanor West's Home for Wayward Children, the last thing she expects to find is that her mother, Sumi, died years before Rini was even conceived. But Rini can’t let Reality get in the way of her quest—not when she has an entire world to save! (Much more common than one would suppose.) If she can't find a way to restore her mother, Rini will have more than a world to save: she will never have been born in the first place. And in a world without magic, she doesn’t have long before Reality notices her existence and washes her away.

Wonderful, but I miss the author

I enjoyed the book, both the story and the narration. However, I really loved the narration by the author of the other two books and missed that voicework here.
