The Selling Staircase is an insightful overview of how to be successful in relationship selling and create meaningful processes and progress with clients. Nikki Rausch maps out a step-by-step process for moving clients through the 5 step selling process with active listening, great communication skills, and ease. I learned so much that I was readily able to apply in my business with terrific results.

I highly recommend reading this for all entrepreneurs interested in increasing their sales savvy and success. The Audible version is great too as it’s like Nikki is sitting across the table from you answering your questions, guiding your process, and cheering you on.

Jen Sincero’s “You Are a Badass at Making Money” was just the kickstart I needed to illuminate and reframe limiting beliefs I’ve been caring around my whole life about money. Her humor and insights super charged my energy and unlocked my potential to make vital shifts that led to more money, perspective and gratitude flowing my way. Highly recommend if your tired of feeling broke and powerless and ready to transform your relationship with yourself and money. Thanks, Jen!

Kevin Cashman’s “The Pause Principle” was an eye- and heart-opening experience as it explores numerous opportunities and benefits to taking a step back, reflecting, gaining perspective and “leading forward” to support our own personal growth as leaders as well as those around us. As a Conversational IntelligenceTM coach I appreciated his attention on the neuroscientific insights and how our listening and questioning of others with genuine curiosity and generative intent helps us all grow to new levels of awareness, innovation, and partnership. A wonderful read and valuable guide for every leader’s journey to serve and succeed.
