Historia
In the world of romance, Aria Montgomery knows two things for sure: She’s not in love with the man everyone thinks she is. And she refuses to let herself love Crew McTavish. Her former best friend is spiraling, and her photography career seems to be standing in her father’s shadow. Aria knows she needs to find her way out of the darkness. Yet she’s afraid if she allows Crew inside, he’ll not only take over—but he’ll get hurt in the process.

Excellent
Revisado: 04-16-25
Carrie Ann Ryan never fails to deliver an emotional story. Accidentally Forever was emotionally intense in all the ways I didn’t realize I needed. Crew and Aria overcome many challenges to get to their happily ever after.
Crew McTavish i’ve been a friend of Montgomery for years. One of his very dear friends is Montgomery and there’s a random joke among them he is trying to marry his way into the family. Crew personnel story is not an easy one, but the Montgomery’s accepted him when he needed a place and a family. Most of the Montgomery clan believe that Crew and Aira couldn’t stand one another, forever what he feels is very, very much the opposite of disliking someone.
Aria Montgomery is a brilliant photographer. She is so strong and has the biggest heart. She cares on a level that is soul deep. She has a best friend that is in a very rough spot in our lives yet she just won’t turn them away. She won’t help enable, but friendship means a lot to her. When that person hurt her physically, Crew was in the right place at the right time. It started a team reaction that maybe two finally can hunt their feelings and not just stolen nights of promises that it was never gonna happen again.
I have been reading Carrie Ann Ryan for well over a decade now. I can vividly remember when she announced the Montgomery Ink series. Ten years later the Montgomery family is still growing and I am falling in love with the next generation. Accidentally Forever gives us the emotional, enemies to lovers story of Crew and Aira. These two have been dancing around one another for far too long. A few stolen moments here and there left them running more even though they said they didn’t. Carrie Ann Ryan very eloquently talks about sensitive topics that need to be talked about. Aria and Crew will take you on an emotional journey, but a little bit of going down the path because you definitely worth it.

Historia
The first body is torn apart, blood and flesh discovered across both state and federal lands. As the victims multiply, a pattern emerges—each is related to past cases investigated by Laurel Snow, with the assist of Huck Rivers, Washington Fish and Wildlife captain. When friends and loved ones are targeted, things become even more chillingly personal. As Laurel and Huck team up again to navigate the gruesome and increasingly bizarre killings, they must also keep a safe distance from Laurel's half-sister, Abigail, a dangerously clever sociopath.

When the killings hit too close to home, it puts special FBI agent Laurel Snow on edge. Well as on edge as Laurel can get. Murderer is on the loose, and the bodies are starting to pile up. Each of the mysterious deaths can be tied to something of a past case of either Laurel or fish and wildlife captain Huck. With almost all of her team on the sidelines and Huck being pulled off the case and local reporter and podcaster stirring the pot so much that she brings attention to herself, Laurel is determined to get this case solved.
You Can Kill is the thrilling, page turning, newest installment of the Laurel Snow series. I feel we see Laurel, more vulnerable in this particular story than we have throughout the rest of the series. As the murders of the story hit very close to home, we see Laurel trying to protect those. She loves most while, still taking her job very seriously. As she feels, she knows who’s behind this particular set of crimes. There’s some around her that don’t want their secrets revealed. Laurel and Huck have a tremendous amount of growth within their relationship, and I love seeing how they are as a couple. Rebecca Zanetti has created a very intricate world within this series. Laurel is not your typical lead lady, but even with all of her quirks and intricacies she has been one of my favorite female characters.

I’m a sucker for pretty things. Give me a roaring engine in a souped-up vintage muscle car with cherry red paint and brand-new leather interior, and that’s about as pretty as anything I could ask for. I’m a simple man who doesn’t need or want the kind of wild celebrity that my father has. I restore one-of-a-kind vehicles and sell them to the highest bidder. Usually, that bidder just also happens to be a celebrity. But no matter how often my cars steal the spotlight, staying out of it is my number one priority. Which is why Sydney Sterling is absolutely out of the question.

Sidney is a hardworking country music artist who is truly deserving of some time off. When her record company drops a little surprise on her it’s the perfect time for her to get that R&R she truly needs. Deciding to surprise her brother and his fiancé in Seattle Sydney is happy to get some time with family. She drops in as a surprise to what is a friends dinner and runs into the one man who her mind keeps going back to.
Keaton comes from a family of more than a few famous people. Staying out of the spotlight is his number one thing to do. Give him an old car to restore and he’s happy. Well for the most part. There is a woman who he can’t get out of his mind, but yet she is so in the limelight that he knows it’s something that can never be.
Keaton and Sidney are absolutely perfect for each other. They complement each other so well. Their attraction and chemistry are the things of fairytales.
Their family and friends set them up, not knowing that Keaton and Sidney shared an amazingly passionate night together, that neither one of them has been able to forget. The two find a way to be with each other without being a couple, but yet, as time goes on, you can tell more and more, but the only place they wanna be is right where they are. with fame comes unexpected surprises and some good things come Sidney’s way that makes what they share together become a little more real and a little more unknowing. The Setup is a fantastic story. There is such an intimate feeling among the pages of the story. As I have already said, our stars are absolutely perfect for each other. It just takes a little bit for them to figure that out. A story steeped in love, deep family connections, and all the feels you could possibly want.
I listen to the audiobook of The Setup. Let me tell you it was truly a performance of the story. The narrators truly made the story come alive.

There’s a fine line between love and hate. In Huckleberry Bay, Oregon, everyone knows that when it comes to Juniper “June” Snow–what you see is what you get. When you hire her construction company to do a job, it’s done right, on time, and on budget. When she’s your friend, she’s a ride-or-die no matter what. And when you’re her enemy...well, she can hold a grudge. And she’s never forgotten how the tall, dark, and delicious Apollo Winchester hurt her so many years ago. Apollo can’t recall why June hates him, but it doesn’t stop him from stirring her up every chance he gets.

Juniper and Apollo, where to even start with them? We start at the beginning when they were just little kids and already had that enemies thing going on. In reality, both of them from a very young age, had an amazing crush on the other one. When some not so nice words were spoken a flare of anger grew and continue to fester over the years. June and Apollo have been bickering and bantering and fighting with one another for almost as long as they have known one another.
Even as adults, they have continued their mortal rivalry. Juniper and Apollo fall in the same circles, and it absolutely makes her crazy when he uses her full name. It makes her heart go pitter patter. Apollo and June have an intense chemistry that just about anyone can see. One night they decide is what they’re going to give it and that is it well little did they know that one night was going to make everything that much more. Yet they continue their banter for a bit more.
Chapel Bend was a wonderful small town romance. I love Juniper and Apollo, even if it took them a but of time to find their way. But that’s the story, finding their way. Apollo is truly a top-notch and wonderful guy. June is a bit harder around the edges but in time you learn that she does have a softness within her. Together they make a great team it just took 20 couple years to figure that out.

Magical, dangerous, and romantic.
Brenna is an amazing hearth witch. Her talents are endless. She is one of the sweetest people you could possibly know and he’s always looking out for the good of others. Brenna has had it for Giles for as long as she can remember. When her secret is outed, she finds it hard to believe that he has the same feelings.
Giles knows everything there is to know about minerals, gems and stones. Amazing at his craft. He’s also an amazing resource for the witch community. Giles two has had his emotions all tangled up in Brenna for as long as he can remember. Knowing that she feels the same way, allows him to act upon those feelings, although she thinks his reasons are on true.
With evil still in the air, Salem is not safe. Giles and Brenna begin to cultivate a relationship while working together along with the fellow members of their community to read this evil that has been plugging them. They thought it was gone, but yet it was just waiting for that moment to reveal itself once again. Kristen Proby has created an amazingly magical and romantic story. I love the blending of the different times and seeing magic at its finest. Love blooming in different ways and overcoming the obstacles they are faced with.
Cauldrons Call is a thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining magical romantic read. Or listen as I should properly say.

A second chance at life, a second chance at love
Revisado: 12-07-22
Sarah has returned home to Huckleberry Bay. Sarah left many years ago to what she thought was going to be a fairytale wedding and romance. Little did she know the man she married was a controlling jerk and all the plans she had of keeping her friends and making a safe place for her brother all went down the drain. After having every decision of hers control for too many years Sarah now has a second chance at life. With a little help from her life long friend, Sarah begins to live her life for her. She has a job, she is painting again and rediscovering who she is. However, odd things begin to happen to Sarah. She passes them off until she no longer can.
Tanner knows Sarah is back in town, and also knows that letting her go was one of the biggest mistakes he ever made. He stands by as long as he can as he washes her struggle to get her life together. He offers her help in every way he can, but yet knows she must be independent and do things on her own. Tanner still feels the connection and the chemistry they want shared. The flames have not died for him, but he knows he can’t push too hard either. But when Sarah is in danger, he can no longer stand aside, and his alpha self comes out in full force to make sure she’s safe and protected.
Andi Arndt and Gomez Pugh do an amazing dual narration to this second chance, small-town romance. Fernhill Lane is a beautiful story about second chances. The narrators do an amazing job, bringing the feelings of the page to something the listener can grasp a hold of to take in the story deeper. Kristin Proby created a beautiful story that the narrator’s brought to life.
