if you've read Fire Fly Lane , you're good to go with part II. If not I suggest you read that one first.
If you've seen the Series Fire Fly Lane on PAY TV then this book will be just a little confusing, but still worth listening too. I believe in the TV series they crammed it ALL in but missed the good stuff between Tully and the Ryan families heartbreak, break up and make up.

Wonderful Story

Narrators were very good. It's not easy switching accents. The story is spellbinding considering the times of WWII and what it took for humanity to survive during such a horrible and scary time.

many reviews are negative. I enjoyed the Story and found many chapters quite moving.
If you haven't read The Lives We Bury I would start there first.
