This has seriously changed my life and how I interact with the world. I loved Camille's narration and she makes each section so easy to learn and master - I love listening to this throughout my day so inspire and motivate me to interact with the world, smile, make eye contact, and have meaningful conversations and connections - make sure to leave just one headphone in when you do so that you're approachable. ;)
