This book was excellent and certainly got me motivated by every action. After hearing this book, I just ordered it in paperback so I could make notes and follow along, as I listen to it again. Writing information down is best for me. Breaking habits is very hard, but this book gave me a lot of useful tips and examples for making changes. Thank you for writing such a useful, step by step book for chancing habits.
