Historia
Every year in the United States there are fifteen thousand murders, give or take a few hundred. Of those, nearly forty percent go unsolved. In this six-part audio series, Christina Walsh is determined to change that. After struggling with the loss of her father, she sets out on a journey to bring the justice that has eluded her to the families of other victims. And she starts with a particularly strange case. The murder of world-renowned violinist Leona McPherson who mysteriously disappeared years ago after a concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

good story handicapped by cartoonish acting
Revisado: 04-13-23
I'm a fan of both authors so not surprised to enjoy the plot. and most of the actors gave serious, grounded performances that work with the dark material. But for some baffling reason (could be the casting or directing) the main characters (college students and villain) sound like they're characters from Bob's Burgers. very off-putting.

a very fun adventure
Revisado: 07-19-18
A lite fantastical romp making it easy to miss the deep themes of the cultural struggles between chaos and order, and how emphasizing one over the other can be disastrous. A fun small cast in a beautiful high fantasy setting with solid plot structure and a satisfying conclusion. Mary Ann Weathers puts in a pitch perfect performance bringing the cute cast to life.

Great thoughts and wisdom
Revisado: 07-06-18
I don't agree with it ALL, but still very thought provoking. I'm old enough to have learned a lot of this stuff the hard way, but glad it's there for the young. Listened to this on a road trip with my 18 year old son, and it was great fodder for conversation.
