While I really enjoyed the book, I don't understand why the author stopped and started chapters in the middle of a scene. It seemed arbitrary, and a way to stretch the book a bit. It seemed to slow the flow.

The author ended and started chapters for no reason, continuing the same scene. I will probably finish the series, but will be more careful in the future with narrators before I get hooked into a series. I feel like the author chopped up the books just make more money. He needs to keep working to improve his writing.
