Historia
Never before have women been in such a hurry to do so many things and be there for so many people. The pace of modern life has drastically increased - but even though our minds can go faster and technology allows us to get more done, our bodies still have cavewoman-like biology - which means they cannot respond healthily to the new and constant pressures we experience. In this book, nutritional biochemist Dr. Libby Weaver explains how a stressful, fast-paced lifestyle can have dangerous effects on all areas of a woman's health.

I have listened to the book several times and have learned a lot. I disagree with the negative reviews.

Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

Historia
In a 24/7 world, it can be a real challenge to get proper rest and give your mind and body the opportunity to fully recharge. In this new audiobook, Dr. Greg Wells outlines how small changes in the way you rest, refocus and recharge can help you improve your mental health, prevent illness and deliver optimal results. In high-performance athletic circles, “deliberate recovery” practices are the secret weapon of the very best. But you don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from these strategies.

Breathe
Revisado: 07-26-20
Very good info: I heard the author speaking on Dave Asprey’s podcast and was immediately intrigued. The author speaks in a genuinely normal, calming tone; unfortunately, the narrator for this Audible version speaks in an excited, hyper fashion, which makes it difficult to absorb the information. It is difficult to discern the transitions of topics covered. Stories and information that were covered by the author on the podcast are unfortunately lost in this narration. I want to say to the narrator, please slow down and take a breath. However, more power to you for your enthusiasm.
