Surprised .. I loved it!
Revisado: 08-08-19
As a therapist I wasn’t so sure how much I’d like this book, but a colleague suggested it. I found it slow to start, but I actually really enjoyed it! The cadence of the book, the narration of the intricate stories, And I found myself relating to her life significantly. bravery on lori’s part!

Historia
Therapists are struggling to carve out a fulfilling, profitable niche, an event that has left many discouraged and even disheartened. In Cash Therapy Practice, Paul Potter, PT, looks at the private practice model and turns it on its head. Most therapists follow the cash-based model not for the money, but for patient connection, something that is decidedly lacking in modern healthcare. Potter diligently outlines in this manifesto how every therapist can benefit from the advantages of a cash-based practice.

Off putting title in my opinion
Revisado: 10-29-16
As a private practice therapist, specializing in mental health, I was excited about the title, after reading more about the summary I decided to give this book a shot, unfortunately it's about physical therapy and not traditional therapy. I continue to read ahead thinking that I could gain some information from the ideas that were being put forth, however I didn't find them very original or anything I hadn't heard before.

Horrible narrator
Revisado: 02-18-16
I love this book and print, and referred it to several people who are going through difficult time. I thought I'd relisten to it on audible, to pass my driving time. And the narration is completely awful I can't even sit through it. She sounds so forced fake, I find myself getting distracted by how horrible her narration is.
