Historia
Most books about the history of humanity pursue either a historical or a biological approach, but Dr. Yuval Noah Harari breaks the mold with this highly original book. From examining the role evolving humans have played in the global ecosystem to charting the rise of empires, Sapiens integrates history and science to reconsider accepted narratives, connect past developments with contemporary concerns, and examine specific events within the context of larger ideas.

First half
Revisado: 03-06-21
The first half is pretty good, then it turns wildly political and from fact to opinion. Becoming unreadable very fast.

Historia
When a pseudonymous programmer introduced “a new electronic cash system that’s fully peer-to-peer, with no trusted third party” to a small Online mailing list in 2008, very few paid attention. Ten years later, and against all odds, this upstart autonomous decentralized software offers an unstoppable and globally-accessible hard money alternative to modern central banks. The Bitcoin Standard analyzes the historical context to the rise of Bitcoin, the economic properties that have allowed it to grow quickly, and its likely economic, political, and social implications.

Oppose contrarians
Revisado: 12-12-20
Dr Saifedean Ammous has a real world macroeconomic large picture of how Bitcoin ties in to our world. He paints a good portrait of how Bitcoin operates and unifies the people in a decentralized digital asset.
Those who read and understand and take part in these early days of Bitcoin will be rewarded with financial compensation and peace of mind. At the very least, you ought to keep an eye on it, place a small sum of extra funds in there, and watch it grow as the world adopts it.

Historia
Using his legendary ability to get to the root of human potential, Napoleon Hill digs deep to reveal how fear, procrastination, anger, and jealousy prevent us from realizing our personal goals. This long-suppressed parable, once considered too controversial to publish, was written by Hill in 1938 following the publication of his classic bestseller, Think and Grow Rich. Annotated and edited for a contemporary audience by Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Three Feet from Gold coauthor Sharon Lechter, this book is profound, powerful, resonant, and rich with insight.

Sharon needs to get out!
Revisado: 10-29-20
Share an absolutely ruins this book for me I actually usually listen to Napoleon Hill on normal speed as opposed to any faster so I can retain it but I am on 1.8 or sometimes even 2.0 speed and I still have to skip button every time I hear her voice
I tried to exchange this title 30 minutes in but wasn’t able to so now I’m forced to listen through Sharon’s interjections which really ruin this

Revisado: 08-25-20
Tobias Carlisle was on the investors podcast and I read this book, he’s quite versed in the stock market. Tobias has done a wonderful service by writing these books, I highly suggest this book and any content put out by him or the TIP Preston and Stig. Thanks for the book! I learned a lot.
