Historia
Active listening is the doorway to increased belonging, loyalty, profitability, innovation, and so much more. It is the difference between thinking we understand what people want and knowing what they want. Want to build stronger relationships, avoid misunderstandings, and anticipate problems before they surface at work? All you have to do is listen.

Best voice, hands down! Heather has a unique voice that makes listening so easy. Her passion for this topic resonates in her tone and energy. I've never enjoyed audio books because I lose interest if the reader doesn't capture my attention, but Heather has renewed by curiosity for audio with this dynamic reading of The Art of Active Listening!
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Parent Coach, I quickly recognized the application of her principles in the family setting - not just business! I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to improve their relationship with their spouse and/or kids. Heather's dynamic story telling in combination with the 5-Step Cycle of Active Listening is the perfect blend for understanding how Active Listening improves connection between people and how to easily begin applying the principles. If you are a parent looking to build a solid relationship with your kids so they trust you and will come to you when life gets tough, grab a copy of Heather's book and follow her on social media. You'll be glad you did!
