A great read! (As an audiobook) The emotional ups and downs took me on a most enjoyable journey. The uplifting stories of faith in Jesus registered in my own heart like a bell ringing & calling the family to dinner. The book covers decades of stories from Heidie, Eric and Shaun which will keep you at the edge of your seat. This story has happenned in real life and if you have had tragic things happen in your family life and wondered how a path to forgiveness can be created, then you need to read or listen to this book. Betrayal, suicide, and sexual issues are discussed in an adult way, so I don't recommend it for kids. The collection of stories gives a revealing insight into a family centered around Christ and the honest desire to spread the Gospel using ordinary people who struggle like me with issues and trauma growing up. I give a sincere thank you for sharing your stories so honestly.
