Historia
Our ability to prevent and reverse these conditions—and feel incredible today—is under our control and simpler than we think. The key is our metabolic function—the most important and least understood factor in our overall health. As Dr. Casey Means explains in this book, nearly every health problem we face can be explained by how well the cells in our body create and use energy. To live free from frustrating symptoms and life-threatening disease, we need our cells to be optimally powered so that they can create “good energy,” the essential fuel that impacts every aspect of our wellbeing.

Great book. Completely changed how I view food and how I talk to my children about food.

Well written, informative, and thoughtful.

It’s great when an author reads their own work, especially when they are well spoken and have a great voice. Graham does an excellent job and his book is thought provoking and a great way to get into ancient history, especially if the last time you thought about it was in college.

Historia
Heir to the Empire begins five years after Return of the Jedi. The Rebel Alliance has destroyed the Death Star, defeated Darth Vader and the Emperor, and driven the remnants of the old Imperial Starfleet back into a quarter of the territory it once controlled. But thousands of light-years away, the last of the Emperor's warlords have taken command of the remains of the Imperial fleet - and have made two vital discoveries that could destroy the fragile new Republic.

Good, but why waste time creating abridged books?

The story was absolutely terrific. The narrator was so bad it continually snapped me out of the immersion.
