Historia
The Alt Apocalypse is the ground-breaking, genre-bending series from Tom Abrahams. It explores survival under the most extreme circumstances, but with a twist (and no cliff-hangers). This series, which can be listened to in any order, features the same core characters in each complete story. But every book dunks them into a new, alternate apocalypse; a nuclear holocaust, an earthquake, a flood, a wildfire, a hurricane, a plague, and even zombies.

A fresh take on adventures in the multiverse
Revisado: 01-08-25
Per the title, this series was an interesting treatment of the multiverse theory, and a modern version of the old tv series Sliders. Overall, I really enjoyed it and it held my attention. The narration was outstanding.

Should have been advertised as the soundtrack to a movie
Revisado: 01-09-24
This audiobook was a real disappointment. Most of the dialog was difficult to understand because there was very little in the way of descriptions of what was actually happening. It’s as though they took the soundtrack from a movie and presented it as an audiobook, but without the visuals, it was very difficult to understand the action and what was really going on. The actors did ok (although maybe went a little overboard on accents) and the sound effects were good, but often drowned out the dialog, so I missed some of it. The ending was left up in the air, so again, a disappointment. I’d recommend skipping this one.

A must read if yo want to understand how corrupt our government really is!
Revisado: 06-17-23
Webb’s thoroughly researched and documented book exposes the extreme levels of corruption, deep state rot, and arrogance of government and its corporate masters, as was the utter lawlessness of our DoJ and 3-letter agencies like the FBI, CIA and IRS. The revelations will make you question everything you think you know about the US and our “history “

Was this fiction, or factual?
Revisado: 05-23-23
Carr ties in history with current events to give us a possible glimpse into what goes on behind the scenes. Lots of lessons here, and some great action to keep the reader at the edge! Highly recommended.

Another great story from Alex Lukeman, packed with action and adventure. While the Project Team came out on top again, the evil plans of the corporate globalists seem to continue. Any what about Hauser’s security chief?

Strangely prothetic
Revisado: 10-04-22
A very realistic and disturbing story of what may very well be in the process of happening in the US today. The parallels between the characters in the story, and real-life people on the world stage is obvious. The narrator was absolutely outstanding.

A narrow escape from death by the Project Team
Revisado: 12-09-21
I've been following the Project Team from the very beginning, and Alex does a great job of crafting an exciting and realistic ride with the City of Gold. Jack does his usual outstanding job of bringing all the characters to life! I look forward to each new addition to the adventures of the Project, and this was thrilling, as usual. The only issue I had was the story seems a bit hurried toward the end, and the finale definitely left the impression that Nick and the gang are ready to retire...I sincerely hope this isn't the case.

Great story, right up until the abrupt end
Revisado: 10-07-21
The story was very well crafted and kept my interest throughout the multiple volumes. The narration was excellent...first rate. The end, however, came abruptly, as if the writer just suddenly ran out of steam. The ending left the reader hanging as to what ultimately happened to the major characters. This story deserts better, ending that wrapped up everything.

Alex hits it out of the park, again!
Revisado: 09-19-19
The Sword is another great action-adventure story from Alex Lukeman, and marks a transition from the Project Team to the Harker Group, an intelligence consulting firm.. Set in Japan (and the US) the story takes us through a non-stop ride involving Samurai, Yakuza, politicians and corrupt civil servants. I lived in Japan (Fusa) for a year, and Alex does a great job describing the country, culture and mysteries of that exotic land. The story also delves into the changing lives of the central characters, and their desire to leave all the danger behind. The Sword was a surprise, as Alex had previously announced he was suspending the series, but this book marks a great return and I sincerely hope this won't be the last we see of Nick, Selena, Ronnie, Lamont, and the rest of the team. Please, Alex, give us more!

The end of the Project Team?
Revisado: 03-25-19
Alex delivers his usual hard-hitting action bolstered by an authenticity former military and/or members of the C4I community will recognize. I've followed the adventures of the Project Team from the very beginning, getting to know Nick, Selena, Lamont, Ronnie, Elizabeth, Stephanie and even Freddie as old friends, and am sad this may be the final installment. Yet the ending does leave an opening for a reboot, should Alex get the notion that the team still has some adventures up its sleeve. I sure hope so. Thank you, Alex, for a great journey! Oh, thanks Jack for your usual outstanding narration of the book!
