The methodology she uses in creating the Cups of Consciousness is really practicable, implementable & so effective in understanding how to work with energy!
I have read tons of books on consciousness/energy work & still find her work to be most effective & transformative! She’s easy to listen to, has a pleasant voice. It’s an enjoyable audiobook.
