Profoundly life changing

I usually don’t review books until I’m done with them. This one is different. I’m halfway through and beyond delighted to have come across it. Even if I stopped now, I’d have more than enough to change my life. My wife shared it with me from one of her breath work certification courses. I am amazed at all of this information and how well it flows together together. Knowing that this information has been out there for over 50 years shocked me. I’ve had asthma since I was young and I always struggled with it even in adulthood. It would have been great to hear a doctor suggest I try nose breathing… instead of here’s an inhaler, enjoy that for the rest of your life! I’m three days in and I already noticed differences in my breathing and overall feeling of wellness in my body. Totally amazed at all of this. Thank you James for sharing this with the world!

Little bit of everything

Really enjoyed this audiobook because it covers a wide range of topics within lucid dreaming without being too detailed, scientific or spiritual. I really appreciated many of the suggestions and tips found within for using modern technology like apps and to help record and keep track of dreams. I related to the authors own journey of feeling blocked by practicing and not seeing enough results. So I appreciated the level of personal honesty within the book too. Overall it wasn’t too intense but it covered so many things I felt as though I have a wider range of knowledge to consider about lucid dreaming now. Thanks so much! Great job :)

Could not stop listening. The story and characters are amazing. I was on the edge of my seat all the way through! It's definitely a cross between Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. Excited for the movie!
