This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

It wasn't the story; it was the way it was written. The first forty minutes is a pure plug for her blogs and achievements telling us that this went viral or that went viral. I needed to get into the story

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Julie McKay?

Anyone else. I cannot believe that the director allowed the author to finish every other sentence in a tone that implies its a question. It totally distracted me.

Any additional comments?

It's an hour in; the author still hasn't started the first chapter. I've lost time, money and interest.

The narrator's sing song tones and ridiculous accents made the book impossible to enjoy. Her sentences just wander into each other. I couldn't understand one point to the next. She speeds up, then slows down with strange and ridiculous voices. Never again.

The author of this book should be furious with the production. I couldn't even listen to more than a few chapters- I will never buy a book read by this narrator again.

Please treat the author and readers with more respect. I feel like the narrator was just having her own private joke because I cannot believe how appalling she was
