I should have know after the first mention of "chakras" and "Tibetan dream yogis" that this book was going to be full of pseudoscience. Got about 4 chapters in before it became unlistenable nonsense. It's such a shame, too, because I've personally had lucid dreams, and they are a legitimate phenomenon worth studying, but the way this author digresses into overly-spiritual pseudoscience really does the field of lucid dreaming (along with it's credibility) a disservice. First few chapters have some great tips on how to achieve lucid dreams practically, but after that it becomes nonsense.

This audiobook is riddled with editing errors. From the performer randomly yelling before reading the chapter title, to repeating the same line multiple times with a different inflection, listening to this book feels like listening to a rough-draft of every take done before they got the final one down. The story is interesting, but the bizarre editing and strange pronunciation make it very difficult to enjoy.
