as the audio ended with the sign off, I was hungering for more! However, when I reviewed it in my memory, I realized that it couldn't use every example of hacking the difficult task of generating self- discipline. It did achieve a way of reaching a level of self-discipline in a navigable channel for almost every scenario. Plus I can listen to this all again.
