A Great Tale

Lisa Kleypas is a wonderful storyteller. The Ravenells are my favorite. She is a master of imagery and has great characters in this book,
Pandora Raven-ell is surprising as she snares Gabriel St. Vincent as a husband the catch-of-the-season. She is not the traditional heroine of romance novels as she detests balls and never wants to marry.
Lord St. Vincent is surprised by how different she is from all the other women’s he’s been with. After compromising her with a settee he must marry her. The longer he’s with her the more he’s entranced by her. This is a page turner. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Loved the story of Vitalis and Nicola

I really enjoyed this story. I worried it would be very similar to the others in the series. I love Nicola’s personality. I’m sure there was more than one of those types of women at the time. I live how Vitalis’s character is full of integrity and honor, even when it’s hard. I wish more of us had the courage to be like him. Great story. Great narration.

I can’t put this book down.

This was the third in a trilogy. Although each sister infiltrated the house of a sworn enemy, posing as a servant, the story line is wonderful and full of surprises. The Viscount’s personality is spicy. His sparing with Sophie is hilarious. I enjoyed this book from cover to cover. I would definitely recommend it to read.
