The title, Evolve or Die, is somewhat blunt, and it is an exaggeration. But my belief is that it’s closer to the truth than many people realize. And it’s my genuine hope that this book and the stories within on innovating and creating are of real interest and benefit to you. It might seem trite to write this, but (in reference to Henry David Thoreau) you weren’t meant to settle for a life of quiet desperation. You’ll need to innovate and create.

Did you know that you have a superpower?! Tom will inform you of your superpower and how to properly release it along with steps to take to continually improve and grow. Failure is part of life and this book does an amazing job of highlighting notable failures in the past century. However, more importantly, this book explains how those individuals learned from those failures and became successful after the fact. This book is written in a very conversational tone, filled with many stories, and has dad jokes sprinkled throughout. I urge anyone that is struggling, recent graduates, or career changers to read this book because it is true you either evolve or you die.

Great look into the life of one of the best minds of history. Learned a lot about Mr. Jobs as well as the history of technology. Highly recommend this.
