Thrilling story. Horrible narration

When the narrator speaks on behalf of the surgeon the tone of voice could not be more annoying. She speaks as if she is ready to beak into tears. So grating that I’ll likely not listen to any other narrations by this person. The story is riveting.

Tedious and disappointing

This book is apparently about the author who wanted to showcase her talent by using what could have been and seemingly are more interesting characters than the author. This fact escapes the author. Vicky’s knowledge of (or her speculation of)the criminal behavior of Epstein snd Maxwell could have been written in 2-3 chapters.

disturbingly funny and enlightening

Like the author I grew up on select and significantly edited stories from the Bible, leaving me with less than a basic knowledge of its content. Thanks to Mark I now have a Readers Digest version told from a modern perspective (how else?) and with considerable humor. I would not recommend this audiobook for anyone who is hoping to renew or strengthen her faith. For others who view the Bible as a piece of literature or those who practice religion to "hedge your bets" this book is for you.

This book is a perfect "listen". I would recommend this book as one to listen to, not necessarily to read.

Light, fluffy listen. No one but Betty should "read" her own books for the audible audience. Remarkable and talented lady.

One of the Best Narrations

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and have listened to it several times. While the story is well written, easily capturing and keeping the listeners attention,the narration guarantees a fully satisfying experience for the listeners. No horrible fake southern accents here! The women narrators read beautifully with true melodic accents from the deep south. The women bring to life the characters - I felt that I had met them all by the end. Truly the best narration I have ever heard.
