Historia
Addy Hanlon has always been Beth Cassidy's best friend and trusted lieutenant. Beth calls the shots and Addy carries them out, a long-established order of things that has brought them to the pinnacle of their high-school careers. Now they're seniors who rule the intensely competitive cheer squad, feared and followed by the other girls - until the young new coach arrives. Cool and commanding, an emissary from the adult world just beyond their reach, Coach Colette French draws Addy and the other cheerleaders into her life. Only Beth remains outside Coach's golden circle.

Ridiculous
Revisado: 07-23-17
This book was interesting enough for me to finish but multiple times I laughed at its ridiculousness. No cheer squad in the history of cheer squads acts this way. Story could have been good but many of the references were lame and repetitive.

Give it time
Revisado: 06-05-17
The book was extremely slow. I almost gave up on it, but in the end I'm glad I didn't. There were a lot of plot twists but it took forever to get to them. Glad I finished it, overall it was a decent book.

Life changing
Revisado: 12-05-16
Very few books do I come across that I few as life changing. This was one of them. The entire time I wasn't listening I was thinking about Ruth, but also how I felt myself and about the people around me. This book has challenged me to open my eyes and see, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I hope you all enjoy it!

Historia
Jaime Primak Sullivan, a Jersey-bred, tough-as-nails PR maven - and unlikely transplant in an upscale suburb of Birmingham, Alabama - has spent her entire life crossing the line: whether she's pushing the boundaries of what proper Southern ladies consider to be "polite behavior" or literally traversing the Mason-Dixon line in the name of love. She isn't afraid to say what everyone is thinking when it comes to love, sex, friendship, and many other topics that are all too often sugar-coated in polite Southern company.

BUY THIS BOOK!
Revisado: 08-11-16
I can't tell you how much I loved this book. The reality, the humor and the writing completely submerged me into this story and I couldn't wait to get in my car every day to finish. But now I'm sad it's over. I would recommend to ANY female that has boy troubles, man troubles, pregnancies, mother in laws, etc. This book was perfection.

Wonderful but disturbing
Revisado: 05-21-16
I chose this book because of the narrator. She does a wonderful job. I had no idea the story was going to be so disturbing and I had no idea it was based on a true story. The author does a great job of painting a picture with her words, even though it was sometimes too graphic in my mind to bear. Great great book!

Wow
Revisado: 10-28-15
This is the kind of book that leaves you questioning the people you know and being more suspicious of your own life. I don't know if I'm disappointed or relieved it's over. Pretty terrifying but so good!
